4 Things Employees Love About Case IQ’s Culture

February 29, 2024

Here at Case IQ, we not only strive to provide a world-class customer experience, but a top-notch employee experience, too. That’s why we survey our employees twice per year; we want to learn what Case IQ team members love about our company culture and what we can do a little better.

Here are the top four aspects of Case IQ’s culture that employees love!

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

When departments and teams work in a vacuum, you can’t share ideas and innovate. Plus, information can fall into silos, keeping other teams in the dark.

At Case IQ, our employees reported that they commonly collaborate with others outside of their department. This keeps information flowing so everyone’s on the same page about the direction of the product and the company. No matter what team you join, you’ll get to meet and work with people from across the organization.

Strong Senior Leadership

Next, Case IQ employees shared a lot of praise for our senior leadership team. They classified members of the C-suite as “high-functioning” and say that each senior leader “epitomizes the organization’s values.”

Have you ever worked at a “do as I say, not as I do” type workplace? Not Case IQ! Our senior leaders hold themselves to the same ethical standards and values that they expect of every other employee, ensuring that our customers get a smooth, consistent, and positive experience, no matter who they interact with.

Our C-suite is also transparent and open to communication. So, if you have a question, you don’t have to take it to your direct boss; ask any senior leader and they’ll tell you what you need to know.

Innovative Company Direction

In the software space, things move fast, and at Case IQ, we keep up with the latest tech while maintaining our company values and vision. Our team members noted that they love the direction Case IQ is headed, and they feel confident in the company’s success.

With a remote-first company like ours, it would be easy for employees to feel removed from the company’s mission and branding. But at Case IQ, our team shared that they clearly understand the direction the company’s headed in, they feel that we drive innovation in our space, and they think we have a strong industry image.

Perhaps most importantly, Team Case IQ feels that our company makes “strategic tradeoff choices.” No organization, regardless of size or budget, can do it all. We know where to focus our efforts so that they’ll make the most impact, and let the rest go.

Helpful Direct Managers

Finally, Case IQ employees love their direct managers. Having a great boss is key to enjoying your job, and we’ve got some of the best. Here’s what our team members say that their managers do well:

  • Drive collaboration
  • Epitomize the org’s values
  • Manage conflict
  • Focus on top priorities
  • Balance fire-drills and progress
