This Privacy Policy covers Customer Expressions® (collectively “we”, “us”, and “our”) treatment and processing of personally identifiable information that Customer Expressions® collects when you are on the Customer Expressions® site. The policy will explain:

Customer Expressions® records personal information when you create or access an account with us and when you contact us or we contact you. We collect transaction information during this process. “Personal information” and “personally identifiable information” refers to any information relating to a living, identifiable person, encompassing any data relating to that person or if put together could identify the person.

The types of data we collect includes:

  • Personal details, including your postal and billing addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, date of birth, and title, unless data is submitted anonymously.

  • Information about your online browsing behaviour.
  • Information about any devices you have used to access our Services, including the make, model, and operating system, Internet Protocol (IP) address (a number automatically assigned to your computer when you use the Internet), browser type, and mobile device identifiers.
  • Personal data you provide about yourself when you contact us, unless data is submitted anonymously.
  • Any communications we have with you or you with us, unless data is submitted anonymously.

Customer Expressions® uses this information:

  • Manage and improve our day-to-day operations.
  • Manage the accounts you hold with us.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Customer Expressions® will not provide your personally identifiable information to anyone unless:

  • We have your consent to share the information.
  • We need to share your information to provide the product or service you have requested.
  • We need to ensure that no other personal identifiable information is available by instead sharing information on the technologies used and IP address if you have submitted data anonymously.
  • We need to send the information to carefully selected service providers who work and carry out functions on behalf of Customer Expressions® to provide a product or service to you. SECURITY

Customer Expressions® websites have security measures in place to protect the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under our control. We maintain a secure site through server and database security. Although any site on the web may be subject to attack, we maintain that our site is secure to the current level of protection available through our server and software vendors.

  • All data is backed up regularly and available at any time to the customer.
  • We use computer safeguards such as firewalls and data encryption and we enforce physical access controls to our buildings and files to keep this data safe.
  • All Customer Expressions® files are password-protected for your privacy and security.
  • In certain areas, Customer Expressions® uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions.

DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

You may request a record of and/or deletion of all personally identifiable information in Customer Expressions® files by contacting us at privacy@caseiq.com.
