Expert Advisors
Ashleigh Owens brings over two decades of human resources leadership experience to her role as CHRO at K12 Coalition. Her expertise lies in building teams, implementing scalable processes, and driving change within matrix-based organizations. Ashleigh’s key strengths include maximizing employee engagement, strategic workforce planning, change management, and developing talent management programs. Her coaching skills particularly emphasize leadership development. Prior to her current role, she served as VP of Human Resources at LexisNexis and CHRO at Confluence Technologies. Ashleigh earned her B.A. from the University of Virginia and has completed executive education at Yale School of Management, Stanford University Graduate School of Business, and UC Berkeley. She lives in central Virginia with her husband and three children.
Gabriela Snobrova is an experienced Chief Human Resources Officer, currently serving at CLEAResult, the largest provider of energy efficiency, energy transition, and sustainability solutions in North America. With a background in various industries, including public and PE-backed companies, she manages global organizations with revenues ranging from $100M to $2.5B. Gabriela’s role encompasses driving strategic and operational aspects of HR, while promoting a culture of respect, accountability, transparency, and high performance. Gabby has a strong track record of leading HR functions across diverse settings.
Elizabeth is an accomplished compliance and ethics professional with 11+ years of experience across multiple roles within Compliance at Lilly, Elanco and most recently with Jazz Pharmaceuticals. She has designed, developed and managed comprehensive Compliance investigation programs within the pharmaceutical industry and currently serves as the leader of Global Compliance Investigations at Jazz Pharmaceuticals.
Elizabeth loves data that comes from allegations and investigations and utilizes data from multiple sources, including benchmarking, to paint a picture for her stakeholders of potential gaps or risks and ways to mitigate.

The Advisory Board represents leaders who leverage Case IQ for all types of incidents, spanning HR/ER, ethics and compliance, fraud, security, and more.
Our Advisory Board meets quarterly to provide feedback about product and service performance, and helps guide our Product Roadmap—ensuring that the features we develop excel at solving the challenges they bring forward.
