Atif Siddiqui

Atif Siddiqui joined Case IQ as a Software Application Developer in 2016 and has since worked across Implementation, Sales, Marketing, and Finance as an engineer, team lead, project manager, and senior leader. He moved into an executive function in 2026 with his promotion to VP, Business Operations & Strategy.

Atif leads Case IQ's centralized Business Operations function, partnering with the executive team on operational planning and strategy and leading functional operations leaders across Sales, Marketing, Customer, Product, and GTM Engineering. He studied Software Engineering at Carleton University and once led multiple engineering teams with over 50 software developers, bringing a technical problem-solving approach to the work. He designs the processes, systems, and data architecture the business runs on, and builds the AI agents, automations, and integrations that replace manual effort with systems that scale. His work leading Revenue Operations, through a period that saw Case IQ double its recurring revenue, ranks among the most rewarding of his career.

Atif lives in Ottawa with his wife, their two daughters, and their son. He has been programming since he was 12 and still writes code in his spare time, a habit renewed by the rise of AI. Most weekends belong to his daughters' competitive sports schedules, with his two-year-old son already every bit as sports-obsessed. The family travels as often as they can, slowly working their way through all seven continents, with two left on the list.
