Verity Blair

Verity Blair joined Case IQ as RVP of Sales, based on Europe in July 2026. She brings six years of experience at NAVEX, where she most recently served as Regional Vice President of Sales for EMEA and APJ. Earlier in her career she was Vice President of Sales at Lextegrity, a company Case IQ acquired in 2025.

Verity has 20 years experience helping companies to use data and technology to mitigate risks and has worked with hundreds of companies in recent years to improve their approach to managing key compliance risks using technology. She's excited to be part of Case IQ's push to grow its presence in Europe, working with her team to help companies deploy software that supports through the full journey from identification of risk through to resolving it.

Outside of work, Verity balances life as a working Mum to young twin daughters with a love of travel, running and a genuine appreciation for good food and wine.
